GR8 Tech Clients See 1.6x Conversion After Crypto Rollout
GR8 Tech says operators using its Crypto Turnkey solution are already seeing measurable changes in payment performance. Early data shared by the company shows a 1.6x increase in first and second deposit conversion, along with transaction costs dropping by up to three times compared to traditional payment methods.
The same group of operators also reported faster payouts. Withdrawal times improved by up to 2.5 times, with transactions processed in minutes instead of hours or days. The figures come from clients who rolled out the solution shortly after its release in 2026.
The product is built around direct crypto processing. Instead of relying on multiple external payment providers, operators can handle transactions within a single setup. According to GR8 Tech, this reduces friction on both deposits and withdrawals while also lowering fees tied to banking systems.
Denys Parkhomenko, Chief Product Officer at GR8 Tech, said the results are closely tied to user behavior. He pointed out that many players in this segment are already active in crypto outside of gaming, which makes onboarding smoother and reduces drop-off during deposits.
The company also links performance gains to how these users interact with platforms. Crypto players tend to deposit more frequently and in higher amounts, which increases overall value per user. Faster transactions also remove delays that can affect retention.
The solution can be deployed as a standalone setup or as an extension of GR8 Tech’s existing turnkey offering. It is positioned as a way for operators to target crypto-focused audiences without building custom payment infrastructure from scratch.
These early results come at a time when payment costs and acquisition pressure continue to rise across the industry. In that context, crypto is shifting from an optional feature to a core part of the payment mix for certain operators.
TGJ Take
The numbers come from early adopters, so they should be read with that in mind. Still, the pattern is hard to ignore. Crypto is not just improving speed, it is affecting conversion and cost at the same time. That combination is what matters. Operators that treat crypto as a side option will fall behind those that build it into their core payment flow. For suppliers, this raises a different question. Standard payment solutions now have to compete on both cost and performance, not just coverage.
