Famous Games Targets Africa and LatAm via QTech Distribution Deal

The European studio puts 100+ titles on QTech ONE, its first major aggregator push outside Europe, giving operators in Africa, Asia, and LatAm access to a catalogue built around varied volatility profiles and mechanics.

Famous Games has signed a distribution deal with QTech Games, putting more than 100 of its online casino titles on QTech’s ONE aggregation platform. The agreement opens the studio’s catalogue to operators across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, markets where Famous Games had no meaningful presence before.

The deal covers titles including The Stretchables, Big Rig Convoy, Flamin Hot 7’s, and Soccer Star Frenzy. QTech’s platform delivers localised content with native mobile apps, multi-language support, and reporting tools built for emerging-market operators, reducing the integration lift for both sides.

Famous Games has operated in European markets for over a decade, with roots in land-based gaming. The studio built its online portfolio around varied volatility profiles and game mechanics. QTech’s footprint gives it a faster path into Africa, Asia, and LatAm than a direct operator-by-operator approach would allow.

Philip Doftvik, CEO of QTech Games, said the Famous Games catalogue adds fresh themes and mechanics for its operator customers, pointing to the studio’s release pipeline as part of the rationale. Gabino Stergides, Director at Famous Games, confirmed the deal opens access to “untapped jurisdictions” across Africa and Latin America.

The agreement follows a run of QTech content deals with BEON, GameBeat, 77 Gaming, and Live Vegas, as international studios look beyond saturated European markets toward Africa, particularly Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa.

💡 TGJ Take

QTech gives Famous Games reach it couldn’t build alone: support in local languages, mobile delivery, and operator relationships across markets that need more than a catalogue dump to work. The real question is whether Famous Games’ content holds up in markets dominated by mobile and sportsbooks, where African and LatAm players behave very differently from European ones. For operators already on QTech ONE, this is an easy add, but worth testing before committing shelf space.
